Acibadem Healthcare Group appoints Aslı Namal as CHRO

Acibadem Healthcare Group, Turkey’s leading healthcare company, has appointed Aslı Namal as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with immediate effect.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Namal posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Acibadem Healthcare Group!”

In her new role, Namal brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience across the leading markets of Turkey and EuroAsia. Prior to this appointment, she worked with Eczacıbaşı Building Products Group as the Group Human Resources Director for nearly three years.

In her previous roles, Namal served Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals as the Human Resources Director, Eczacıbaşı as the Human Resources Manager , and JTI Turkey & Distribution Network as the Recruitment and Development Manager. She began her career with Sony Eurasia as an HR Generalist in 1998 and has since built a career marked by her exceptional efforts in creating a flexible, cost-efficient workforce and maintaining a high-performance culture. Namal is also a strong advocate for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment, while consistently promoting learning and career development opportunities for all employees.

On the academic front, Namal holds an MBA from Dokuz Eylul University, a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Brighton, and is a certified HR professional from Boğaziçi University.
