E3 Energy appoints Kumar Anurag as Global Head of HR

E3 Energy, a Dubai-based sustainable energy solutions firm, has appointed Kumar Anurag as Global Head of HR, effective immediately.

In his new role, Anurag brings over 17 years of HR leadership experience across the oil and gas and financial services sectors. He most recently served at Sing Fuels as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, at GP Global Group as the Global Head of Human Resources, at Alfaraa Group as the Business HR Manager, and at Essar as the Manager of HR Business Analytics.

On the academic front, Anurag holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the International Management Institute. He has also completed certifications as a Certified Human Resource Professional from the American Certification Institute and in Strategy Maps from the Orion Development Group. His core competencies include total rewards strategies, global talent acquisition, employee learning and development, employee engagement, HR policies, employee relations, HRIS, and performance management.
