Reviva appoints Nasser Al-Mutairi as CEO

Saudi Arabia Recycling Company’s subsidiary, Global Environmental Management Services, better known as Reviva, has announced the appointment of Nasser Al-Mutairi as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 2024.

Nasser brings over three decades of experience in safety, security, environment, and health across various industries to his new role. He most recently served as Safety & Security Vice President at Ma’aden for over two years. In his previous roles, he worked with SABIC for over 20 years, including as the Senior Manager of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security. He began his career with Saudi Electricity Company as an Electrical Engineer.

On the academic front, Nasser holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. His core competencies include control systems design, control system maintenance, risk and root cause analysis, project engineering, process control, and safety management systems.

As CEO, Nasser aims to spearhead Reviva’s commitment to transforming waste into valuable resources and enhancing product value, contributing to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s sustainability and circular economy targets. In a post shared by the company on LinkedIn, the newly appointed CEO received well-wishes and expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “I am excited and confident to work with all the talented teams at Reviva. Together, we can far exceed our targets.”
