TUMI appoints Aris Maroulis as new Vice President for Asia Pacific & Middle East
TUMI, a global brand for travel luggage and accessories, has appointed Aris Maroulis as the new Vice President for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, with immediate effect.
In his new role, Maroulis brings over 27 years of leadership experience across the travel, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and consulting sectors. He will work closely with Subrata Dutta, President of Asia-Pacific and the Middle East for Samsonite, overseeing branding and business operations in the region.
In his previous roles, Maroulis served Hang Lung Properties as the Director for China, Montblanc as the Managing Director, Folli Follie Group as the Country Manager for China, and Archstone Consulting as the Director. He also worked with Scient and Kaiser Associates at the beginning of his career.
On the academic front, Maroulis holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School and a BA degree in Economics from Vassar College. His core competencies include strategic leadership, P&L management, marketing strategy, and change management.
