Andrew Baillie has extensive experience across several large global technology organisations and specialises in the field of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and sales growth. Prior to DocuSign, Inc., Andrew worked with the executive search firm, Talent Reservoir, as the CEO and with the HR technology solutions company, Kenexa, as VP Partners & Channel. He has experience in recruiting, talent management, and talent acquisition. He holds a B.A. Journalism degree from the University of the Arts London.
