Kalpana Jaishankar is Senior Vice President & Head HR at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited. She has more than 25 years of experience in HR including HR leadership roles in leading organizations. In her past assignment, she was associated with Mastek, Patni Computer and Geometric Software solutions in HR leadership roles. She is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University and done her management from IRMA. Her strengths are in areas that include HR Strategy, Performance Management, Competency Frameworks, employee engagement and compensation strategies. She has spearheaded many change management initiatives in different organizations.
