Simran Oberoi

Simran Oberoi is working as the Knowledge Advisor at Society for Human Resource Management India. Simran holds an experience of more than a decade in HR Advisory Services. At SHRM, she is currently responsible for in-depth knowledge development, which involves evaluation of key future areas, content creation as well as review for HR disciplines such as executive coaching, leadership development, diversity, talent development/management and rewards. Her responsibilities also include overseeing engagement with the subject matter experts and working on research projects related to CXO/leadership development. Prior to joining SHRM, Simran was associated with Hay Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hewitt Associates.
