Domo Tactical Communications, a global technology firm, has appointed Stephen Beeching as the Senior Vice President for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, with immediate effect.

In his new role, Stephen brings around 30 years of leadership experience across IT, defense and space manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. He will drive the company's growth and innovation across the EMEA region, with a focus on innovation and building highly dynamic teams. Prior to his appointment, he was at Arqit as the Senior VP for Government Systems and Critical Infrastructure, and has also served as founder for Spiral Solutions since 2021.

In his previous roles, Stephen served at Viasat as the Managing Director for the UK, at Cobham as the Global Senior VP, at Misys as the Chief Operating Officer for Retail and Wholesale Banking, and at Nortel Networks as the Commercial Director for Optical Solutions and New Business. He also worked with Rye, Telspec, and Cummins Power at the beginning of his career.

On the academic front, Stephen holds an LLM degree in International Business from King's College, University of London, an MBA degree from the University of Kent, and a BSc (Hons.) degree from London South Bank University.
