Alba appoints Fahad Mohamed Abdulla Danish as CHRO
Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) has announced the appointment of Fahad Mohamed Abdulla Danish as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 27, 2024.
In his new role, Fahad will lead Alba’s HR strategy, overseeing all aspects of talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, and benefits.
Fahad brings over 15 years of experience across leading sectors in the Middle East. He most recently served Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) in key roles, including Director of Talent for Engineering and Services, and Director of Talent Management and Compensation. He previously worked with KPMG Bahrain & Qatar as Manager, Ernst & Young – Europe, Middle East, India and Africa as Senior Consultant, and Gulf International Bank as Credit Administration Coordinator.
Academically, Fahad holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He has also completed several executive education courses at the University of Strathclyde and Harvard Business School.
