Wallan Trading Co. promotes Fahad Rashad to CHRO role
Wallan Trading Company, a leading automotive firm in Saudi Arabia, has promoted Fahad Rashad to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 2024.
Fahad announced on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Wallan Trading Company!”
In his new role, Fahad brings over 15 years of HR expertise from top sectors across Saudi Arabia. He joined Wallan Trading Co. in 2023 as HR Director, where he led key initiatives in HR and people management. In this elevated role, he will oversee business strategy, strategic HR planning, and workplace culture.
Before joining Wallan Trading, Fahad served as Program Director at Misk Foundation, where he oversaw organisational and business goals, managed cross-functional teams, and provided strategic guidance to project managers to achieve company objectives. His previous roles also include Human Resources Operations Director at the National Center for Privatisation & PPP, Human Resources Operations Manager at Diaverum, and Personnel Manager at Eli Lilly and Company. He began his career with positions at Novartis, Zain KSA, and Bank Albilad.

On the academic front, Fahad holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Saud University, as well as multiple certifications in areas such as Traditional HR to Business Partnering HR, Compensation and Reward Management, Total Compensation Philosophy, Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethics, and Team Building from global academic institutions.
