Al Hilal SFC elevates Sulaiman Alrafaa as Head of HR & Admin Affairs

Al-Hilal Saudi Club has promoted Sulaiman Alrafaa to the position of Head of Human Resources and Admin Affairs, effective August 2024.

Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Sulaiman posted, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources & Admin Affairs at نادي الهلال السعودي - Al-Hilal Saudi Club!"

Sulaiman, who joined the club in April this year, brings a wealth of HR experience to his new role. Prior to joining the club, he worked with HungerStation as the Assistant Manager of People Operations for about four years. In his previous roles, he served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Holool Aloula and as the Recruitment Specialist at Saudi Automotive Services Company. He also worked with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, SolexPLUS, Smartlink, and Saudi Electricity Company at the beginning of his career.

Academically, Sulaiman holds a BBA degree from Arab Open University and a Diploma in HR Management and Personnel Administration from Al Yamamah University. He also holds certifications in Business Analytics, Office Automation, and Technology and Data. His core competencies include policy development, HR policies, labour and employment law, HR transformation, team leadership, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic HR planning.
