Bond Interiors appoints Jamil Daouk as Head of HR
A UAE-based construction solutions company, Bond Interiors, has appointed Jamil Daouk as the Head of Human Resources, effective April 2025.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Jamil posted: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Bond Interiors!”
Jamil brings around two decades of HR leadership experience across the real estate, construction, retail, and recruitment consulting sectors.
Jamil most recently served at Sankari Properties as the Director of HR and Operations for over two years. In a farewell post, he extended his regards to the company and his team, stating, “After two exceptional years with Sankari Properties, I am moving on to a new chapter in my career. This has been a highly rewarding journey, and I have had the privilege of collaborating with a talented team and contributing to the development of HR and operations for the company’s inaugural projects as one of the first employees. As I look forward to new opportunities, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me during my time at Sankari.”
Previously, he worked with DAMAC Properties as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Emaar as the Regional Senior Manager of HR, Al Tayer Group as the Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, and Morganti Group as a Recruiter. At the beginning of his career, he held several roles at Bayt.com and Adidas.

On the academic front, Jamil holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Lebanese American University and has completed a leadership development (top talent development) program at Harvard Business School.
