Cavendish Maxwell appoints Nick Witty as Group CEO

Cavendish Maxwell has announced the appointment of Nick Witty as Group Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.

In his new role, Nick brings over 30 years of global real estate industry experience, encompassing strategic leadership, business development, and client service excellence. He most recently served as Managing Director at Chestertons MENA, after serving as CEO for over six years. In his previous roles, he worked with Chestertons Global Franchising as CEO and Deloitte Corporate Finance as Director of Business Development. He served Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) for over 17 years in leading roles across the emerging markets of the Middle East.

On the academic front, Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, certifications in Business Diagnostics from Cass Business School, and in Metaverse Expertise from the Blockchain Council.
