Dayforce names Nicole Bello as Group Vice President of EMEA

Dayforce, a global HCM solutions company, has announced the appointment of Nicole Bello as Group Vice President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), effective immediately.

Nicole brings over two decades of leadership experience in IT and HR domains to her new role. She will lead the company’s EMEA sales efforts, focusing on expanding and accelerating how organisations in the region drive simplicity at scale in their people operations. She will report to Sam Alkharrat, EVP and Chief Revenue Officer at Dayforce.

Before her appointment, Nicole served as the Group VP Sales for the EMEA region at Ultimate Kronos Group. She also held leading roles at Kronos Incorporated and ADP across multiple geographies. Academically, she holds an MBA in Leadership from Drexel University, completed the Adaptive Sales Leadership Programme at the University of California, and earned a BSc in Business and French from Florida Atlantic University. Her core competencies include leadership, talent acquisition, talent management, coaching, employee benefits, HRIS, sales, payroll, talent development, and analytical skills.
