Endeavor Jordan appoints Tamer Al-Salah as Managing Director
Endeavor Jordan has appointed Tamer Al-Salah as the new Managing Director, effective immediately.
Sharing the news, the company announced, “We’re beyond excited to welcome Tamer Al-Salah as our new Managing Director, effective August 1st! Tamer’s journey comes full circle; he started his career right here at Endeavor Jordan and returns with over a decade of leadership in entrepreneurship development, ecosystem building, and investment support.”
“With his deep roots in the ecosystem and unwavering commitment to high-impact entrepreneurship, we’re confident he’ll lead Endeavor Jordan into an exciting new chapter,” it added.
Al-Salah brings over 15 years of leadership experience to his new role. He most recently served BeyondCapital, a collaborative initiative of Endeavor Jordan and Silicon Badia, as the Managing Director, and EBRD as Project Specialist.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Endeavor Jordan’s strategic direction, operations, and expansion efforts, as the organisation continues to support and scale the country’s most promising entrepreneurs.
Welcoming him to the leadership role, Samer Al Aloul, Chairman of Endeavor Jordan said, “We are thrilled to welcome Tamer back to Endeavor. His deep understanding of the local ecosystem, coupled with his strategic leadership and firsthand experience supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, makes him the ideal person to lead the next chapter of Endeavor Jordan.”

On the academic front, Al Salah holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology.
