Giza Systems appoints Tarek Heiba as Country General Manager for Egypt
Giza Systems has appointed Tarek Heiba as Country General Manager for Egypt, effective immediately.
Announcing the news, the company posted, “We are pleased to welcome Tarek Heiba on board as our new Country General Manager for Egypt! As Country GM for Egypt, he will be reporting to the Group CEO. He will be responsible for driving business growth with our valued customers and working with our trusted partners to create value for our society and ecosystem.”
“He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors across Egypt and the Middle East, with a proven track record of achieving significant growth and market leadership at global companies including Dell Technologies, Nokia Siemens Networks, AMD, and IBM,” the company said about Heiba’s profile.
At Dell, Heiba served for over 16 years in roles such as Senior Director and General Manager, and Regional Manager, overseeing new markets including Turkey, emerging Africa, and the Middle East.
On the academic front, Heiba holds a Master of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Minor MBA from The American University in Cairo.

Earlier this year, the company welcomed Ahmad Elharany as Group CEO, succeeding Osama Sorour, who stepped down after three decades of service. In addition to this, Saleh Algroony also joined the company as Group Chief People & Corporate Services Officer. Heiba’s appointment marks the third key leadership appointment at the company in 2025.
