Mobily appoints Bandar Aldaham as Vice President of HR Center of Excellence
Etihad Etisalat, now widely known as Mobily, has appointed Bandar Aldaham as Vice President of HR Center of Excellence.
The appointment is effective from May 2025; however, Aldaham shared the news yesterday, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as VP, HR Center of Excellence at Mobily!”
In his new role, Aldaham brings around 15 years of HR leadership experience across the banking and utilities sectors. Before joining Mobily, he served at Alinma as the Acting Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of OD & Workforce Planning for over five years.
Stepping down from the role at Alinma, he wrote, “With heartfelt gratitude, I would like to share that I have concluded my journey with Alinma Bank. It has been an honor to work alongside outstanding colleagues and to contribute to an organization renowned for its innovation and excellence.” Aldaham also thanked Alinma's leadership team, including CHRO Abdullah AlSalamah, for their support and collaboration in making his achievements a success.
In his previous roles, Aldaham worked with Saudi Electricity Company for around nine years, serving in key roles including Senior Manpower Analyst. On the academic front, he holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Saud University.

Aldaham works closely with Mobily’s leadership team, including CHRO Mohammed K. Al Shammari and recently appointed CEO Eng. Nezar H. Banabeela, to lead HR Center of Excellence initiatives in alignment with business and people strategy.
