Microsoft's Sunita Bottse joins Mena Digital Hub as CEO

Ooredoo Group has announced the appointment of Sunita Bottse as the CEO for its newly established carrier-neutral data centre company, Mena Digital Hub, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Sunita brings a wealth of leadership expertise in the data centre industry. She will drive the company's efforts in transforming MENA’s digital infrastructure by providing cutting-edge colocation services and building sustainable, energy-efficient data centres across the region.

In her previous roles, she served Microsoft in EMEA as the Senior Director of Data Centres Site Acquisition, Lendlease as the Managing Director of Data Centres, and SUPERNAP data centre as the Chief Executive Officer. She also worked with Ctex as the Vice President at the beginning of her career.

On the academic front, Sunita holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed a course in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is also a certified Data Centre Professional and Specialist from EXIN.
