Reckitt appoints Rasha Iqbal Farooqui as Head of HR for Middle East
Global manufacturer Reckitt has appointed Rasha Iqbal Farooqui as the Head of Human Resources for the Middle East region, effective immediately.
Farooqui shared the news on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources Middle East at Reckitt!”
Offering a brief insight into her new role, she said, “It’s been a great first month in my new role—energizing to reconnect with colleagues, dive into our business priorities, and explore the unique opportunities we have in this region. Looking ahead, I’m optimistic about the journey we’re on and look forward to driving our people agenda together with the leadership team. Here’s to building something impactful together!

Farooqui brings over 14 years of HR experience to her new role. She joined Reckitt in 2012 and has held several key roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager for the MENAT region, Regional Talent & Learning Lead, and DEI Board Member for AME (Africa, Middle East, Pakistan). She began her career with Starcom MediaVest Group in Pakistan in 2011.

On the academic front, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, along with key certifications in performance coaching leadership, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and coaching and training programs from leading institutions.
