Taif Al Emarat appoints Samah Al-Mounaged as Group Head of HR

Taif Al Emarat, the UAE’s leading luxury perfume brand, has appointed Samah Al-Mounaged as the Group Head of Human Resources, effective immediately.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Samah posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Head of Human Resources at Taif Al Emarat!”

Samah brings over two decades of HR leadership experience in the luxury goods, healthcare, consumer goods, and consulting sectors. Most recently, she served as HR Operations Manager at Al Jaber Optical, Recruiting Manager at Business Umbrella, HR Consultant at TRINITY Medical, Group HR & Development Manager at Orkin, Group Human Resources & Development Manager at Cplus, Group Human Resources & Development Manager at SANIPRO, and HR Group Manager & Vice Chairman at Royal Consultancy Group. She has also worked with Doha Clinic Hospital, Excellence Training Centre, Boecker, and Premium International Group.

On the academic front, Samah holds a Master’s degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a BA in Business Management, a BA in HR Management and Services from Antonine University, and a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Morgan International.

When sharing her exit news, Samah posted, “As I move on to a new opportunity, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Al Jaber Optical for the incredible journey I’ve had here. Being a part of this organisation has been a privilege. This decision to move on wasn’t easy, as I leave behind not only a job but a family of colleagues who have shaped me both personally and professionally. The skills, experiences, and friendships I’ve gained here will remain invaluable. Thank you again for everything. I’m excited about this next chapter, but I’ll always cherish my time at Al Jaber Optical.”
