Taif Al Emarat names Dr Sandra Antoury as Chief People Officer

Taif Al Emarat, a UAE-based luxury perfume brand, has announced the promotion of Dr. Sandra Antoury as Chief People Officer, effective immediately.
Dr Sandra joined the company as Head of HR earlier this year, and led HR operations across the GCC with a team of 800+ employees. She brings over 10 years of HR leadership experience to her new role. She will be responsible for prioritising continuous learning and professional development, ensuring employees evolve in line with industry demands, fostering a positive work environment focused on well-being, engagement, and career growth, and building a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and adaptability that aligns with the organisation's values. She will oversee pay structures, bonuses, and employee benefits to maintain market competitiveness. Additionally, she will focus on implementing grievance redressal mechanisms and facilitating a conflict-free and harmonious workplace.
Prior to this appointment, she worked with KALLEGRA as Human Resources Manager. In her previous roles, she served in key positions at AlZan Building Materials Trading and Comptoir El Amaneh Real Estate.

On the academic front, Dr Sandra holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from ESC Clermont Business School, a Master’s degree in Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Université Antonine. She also possesses certifications in Entrepreneurship, Career & Life Coaching, Professional HR Management, Corporate Executive and Leadership Coaching, Digital HR Transformation, and Organisational Psychology and HR Management from leading institutions. Her core competencies include executive coaching, leadership development, culture change, strategic planning, and HR analytics and transformation.
