Hudson RPO acquires Striver to expand presence across Middle East
Hudson RPO, a global talent solutions company, has announced the acquisition of Striver, a UAE-based executive talent search platform.
With the acquisition of Striver, Hudson RPO has strengthened its plans to expand in the Middle East market. This move follows their recent acquisition of another Dubai-based recruitment solutions firm, Executive Solutions. The strategy aims to enhance the talent solutions company’s presence in the region, catering to both new and existing clients who require solutions for hiring senior roles in the rapidly growing region.
Toby Simpson, the founder and current CEO of Striver, will lead the operations for the Middle East executive search as the Managing Director for Hudson RPO’s acquired Executive Search platform. He brings extensive experience in executive and non-executive searches across investment banking, asset management, and private equity, and has partnered with boards across various sectors in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), including investment, private sector, and government ventures. In other roles, he has worked for a German private equity business and Saudi government entities, handling mandates across the EMEA region.
Sharing his enthusiasm for the acquisition and his new responsibilities, Simpson commented, “The dynamic nature of the business environment in the Middle East calls for true partnership with clients, offering more intelligent solutions that comprise excellence, value, and a more supportive framework of capabilities that help ambitious businesses attract and retain the best leadership on the global market. I believe that our team, with decades of appreciation for the culture and dynamics of this market, combined with Hudson RPO’s global support and research platform, will allow us to make a big difference for our clients in the region.”
Jake Zabkowicz, Global Chief Executive of Hudson RPO, also expressed, “We are pleased to continue to expand and enhance our offering in the executive search space. This furthers our ability to become and remain a core strategic partner for our clients as we assist them in putting the right people in place at all levels of their organisations to develop and execute a winning business strategy.”
