Ahmed Bagatadah joins M42 Health as VP of Human Capital - MEA

M42 Health, an Abu Dhabi-based, leading tech-enabled healthcare company, has appointed Ahmed Bagatadah as Vice President of Human Capital for the Middle East and Africa region.  

Ahmed brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to this new role. Announcing his new role with M42, Ahmed posted on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Capital Middle East & Asia at M42 Health!”  

Before joining M42, Ahmed served as HR Director for the Middle East at Diaverum since 2013. He also holds board positions, including as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at My Clinic KSA and Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Barns. Previously, he was a board member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Jeddah Central Development Company and held roles such as HR Director at Mars Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he worked in key positions at Procter & Gamble, including Associate Director of Human Resources Services & Solutions for Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  

Academically, Ahmed holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a BSc in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. His expertise spans HR strategy development and deployment, talent supply, training and development, organisational design and effectiveness, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, as well as safety and security. With these competencies, Ahmed is poised to transform HR and people initiatives at M42. He will collaborate closely with Suaad Al Hammadi, Group Chief Human Capital Officer, and M42's leadership team to align the human capital management agenda with organisational goals for sustainable success and growth.
