Arthur D Little names Vishalli Dongrie as Lead Organisation, People & Culture

Arthur D. Little, a global management consultancy, has appointed Vishalli Dongrie as the Lead for Organisation, People, and Culture Transformation Practice in the Middle East and India region, effective immediately.

In her new role, Vishalli brings over two decades of experience in people and talent management across various regions, including India, ASEAN, GCC, and MENA. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Partner and Head of Organisation, People, and Leadership Transformation at KPMG India since 2016.

Previously, Vishalli held the position of Partner for Organisation and People Transformation at Deloitte India and served as the Director and Head of BFSI for Talent and Organisational Consulting at Hewitt Associates. She also worked with ECS Pvt. Ltd. as the Principal Consultant for Human Capital Consulting, specialising in Talent and Leadership and Organisational Development.

Academically, Vishalli holds a PhD degree from TISS and completed a course in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership from Cambridge Judge Business School. She was also a JRF Fellow while conducting research in HR and Organisational Development for the University Grants Commission. Her core competencies include workforce and workplace transformation, performance and productivity, HR transformation, employer branding, organisation design and workforce shaping, cost optimisation, employee engagement, digital transformation, leadership, culture, and talent strategy and transformation.
