Rana Aslan joins IGT Solutions as Head of HR in Egypt
IGT Solutions, a global IT solutions company, has appointed Rana Aslan as the Head of Human Resources in the Egypt region, effective immediately.
In her new role, Rana brings around 15 years of HR expertise across the technology and communications sectors. She most recently worked at Webhelp Concentrix as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. In her previous roles, she served at Majorel Egypt for over five years in key positions, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Country Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, she worked with Ecco Consulting as the Head of Recruitment and RPO for over seven years.
On the academic front, Rana holds an MBA in Human Resources and Personnel Management and a PGDM in HR Development from Paris ESLSCA Business School. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo and a PG Diploma in HR and Personnel Administration from The American University in Cairo.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Rana posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at IGT Solutions!”
She also posted about her departure from her last organisation, stating, “Today marks the end of an incredible chapter at CNX + Webhelp. As I reflect on my journey here, I'm filled with gratitude for the experiences, challenges, and growth that have shaped me over the years. As I move on to new adventures, I take with me lessons learned, friendships forged, and a deep appreciation for the time spent here. Thank you all for being a part of my story.
