ROSHN Group appoints Ghada Othman Alrumayan as Group Chief Shared Services Officer

Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate group ROSHN has appointed Ghada Othman Alrumayan as the Chief Shared Services Officer of the group, effective immediately.

Welcoming Alrumayan in her new role, the group said, “ROSHN Group appoints Ghada Othman Alrumayan as its new Group Chief Shared Services Officer, a pivotal appointment that strengthens the Group’s leadership team and accelerates its journey towards operational excellence and strategic growth.”

Alrumayan joined ROSHN in 2021 as the Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, a role that will now be held by Eng. Waseem Al Khashan, who has been announced as her successor. Al Kashan joined the group in 2022 as the Executive Director of Marketing, and brings around two decades of experience to his new role.

In her previous roles, Alrumayan has worked with Riyad Bank as Senior VP of Communications & PR, Olayan Group as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Supply Chain, Corp Communications, and Kempinski Hotels as Marketing Manager. She also worked with Saudi Hollandi Bank and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in key roles. 

On the academic front, Alrumayan has completed an Executive Program in Leadership Development from Cass Business School, an Executive Sustainable Business Planning & Strategy Program and an Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies Program from Harvard Business School. She also completed a Project Management Program from Alfaisal University, a Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Program from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Social Services.
