TASNEE appoints Fahad AnNassar as CHRO
Saudi Arabia’s leading petrochemical manufacturer, TASNEE, has appointed Fahad AnNassar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Fahad posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at TASNEE!”
In his new role, Fahad brings nearly 25 years of HR leadership experience across various leading sectors in KSA. Most recently, he served as the Founder & CEO of Arabian Cheetahs Management Consultancy, as well as a leadership coach and advisor. In previous roles, he worked at Arkad Engineering & Construction Company as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Human Capital, and Director of HR and Administration. He also served as the HR Administration Manager at S.A. Talke, and as the Head of Recruitment for the Royal Commission for Jubail, Health Services Program. Earlier in his career, he held various roles at Derma Medical, Gulf Real Estate Co., and ADAMA Medical Co.

On the academic front, Fahad holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Strategic HR from King Saud University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Management from King AbdulAziz University. He has also completed leadership development and strategic HR programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, HR Strategy in Transforming Organisations at London Business School, and Public Speaking at the College of Public Speaking, London. His core competencies include business strategy, strategic human resources leadership, organisational development, shared services, cultural transformation, executive coaching, employee development, succession planning, labour relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
