7 new CEOs appointed for Dubai Government entities

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has announced a series of decisions on appointing new Chief Executive Officers for Dubai Government entities.

According to the decisions, the following appointments have been made:

All appointments are effective from April 1, 2024, except for Yousuf Ahmed Lootah’s, which will be effective from October 1, 2024.

Commenting on his appointment, Yousuf said, “It’s an honour and a privilege for us all to earn the confidence of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It is his inspirational leadership and role modelling has played a strong part in making us all earn his confidence. Essa, Sahia, Saad, Yousuf, and Khaled are the latest C-suite executives to join Dubai DET. Recently, Dr. Marwan Alzarouni was appointed CEO of Artificial Intelligence, as one of the 22 chief AI officers for Dubai government entities.
