Abdullah Saleh Alomari has joined Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) as Chief Shared Services Officer, taking responsibility for the healthcare group's enterprise transformation and shared services agenda.
Alomari announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying he was pleased to be starting the new position at HMG.
In his new role, Alomari will focus on developing integrated, scalable and future-ready capabilities across the group. His remit will include strategic transformation spanning technology, digital enablement, supply chain, operating model development and enterprise performance.
The role is expected to support HMG's efforts to strengthen operational agility, enable sustainable growth and create long-term enterprise value.
Alomari brings more than two decades of leadership experience across banking, technology, cybersecurity and corporate transformation to the position.
Before joining HMG, he spent more than six years at Al Rajhi Bank, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, including as the Chief Information Officer for two years.
During his career, Alomari has also held several board and leadership positions across Saudi Arabia's technology, financial services and business sectors.
He served as Chairman of EJADA and held several other board-level positions, including Chairman of Tawtheeq Company and Tuder Real Estate, as well as board roles at neoleap and EMKAN.
Alomari has also been a member of the board and audit committee of Tatweer Educational Technologies.
Earlier in his career, he held several senior technology and security positions at Mobily, including Senior Executive Officer for Security and Privacy, Acting Chief Information Officer and Executive General Manager for Security and Privacy.
He spent more than 15 years with Saudi Aramco, where his roles included Head of Cyber Security at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, technology and information security consultant, information security architect and IT architect.
His appointment at HMG comes as organisations across Saudi Arabia continue to place greater emphasis on enterprise transformation, digital capabilities and integrated operating models as they scale and adapt to changing business requirements.
