Aramex appoints Nicolas Sibuet as Chief Financial & Corporate Development Officer

Aramex has appointed Nicolas Sibuet as its Chief Financial & Corporate Development Officer, effective May 8, 2026.

Sibuet recently served as Acting CEO for more than a year, helping drive transformation initiatives and operational momentum across the business.

The global logistics and transportation solutions provider said Sibuet will lead the company’s enterprise-wide financial agenda and strategic priorities as it looks to strengthen long-term growth, operational resilience, and value creation across its markets.

Sibuet brings more than three decades of international leadership experience spanning finance, corporate strategy, restructuring, and large-scale business transformation. Since joining Aramex in 2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer, he has played a key role in enhancing the company’s financial governance, reporting standards, and transparency.

“Nicolas is a proven transformation leader with the financial discipline and strategic lens we need as Aramex sharpens its focus on performance, resilience, and customer-led innovation. He brings deep experience across complex, asset-intensive industries and a track record of strengthening governance, elevating reporting standards, and building high-performing teams. Since joining Aramex, Nicolas has helped reinforce our financial foundations and has been instrumental in shaping the decisions that position the business to compete, and win, in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.,” Diallo said.

Sibuet said his priority would be to ensure disciplined capital allocation, accelerate network-strengthening initiatives, and improve performance management across the Group. "Aramex sits at the centre of the world’s most dynamic trade corridors, and the expectations from customers have never been higher, speed, visibility, reliability, and smarter cost-to-serve. My priority is to ensure we allocate capital with clarity and intent, accelerate initiatives that strengthen our network, and embed performance management to enable disciplined execution across the Group."

In his new role, he will oversee business development, financial planning, strategic transformation, and enterprise-wide performance management while working closely with the executive leadership team to support Aramex’s growth agenda across markets and services.
