Saudi Mining Services Company, popularly known as ESNAD, has appointed Khalid Al Suhaim as Chief Digital Transformation Officer, effective immediately.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Al Suhaim posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Saudi Mining Services Company (ESNAD)!”
In his new role, Al Suhaim brings over two decades of leadership experience. He most recently served at Tatweer Educational Technologies for over three years, holding key roles including Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. Stepping down from the role, he shared, “Last week, I concluded a three-year career journey with Tatweer Educational Technologies. During this time, I was honored to take on several diverse roles and responsibilities, which enriched me and opened new horizons. The most rewarding part of this journey was the colleagues I had the privilege to work with, exceptionally talented and accomplished individuals. Words of thanks cannot fully express my gratitude and appreciation. I was humbled to be part of their success stories and achievements, which have left a meaningful impact on the sector. I now look forward with excitement to the next chapter, with all the challenges and opportunities it will bring.”
Previously, Al Suhaim worked with the Digital Government Authority as the Managing Director of Government Excellence and VP of Technology and Digital Platforms, Dell EMC as the Regional Sales Manager, Converged Platforms and Solution, and Juniper Networks as the Senior Service Delivery Manager. He also worked with NUPCO, Devoteam, Cisco Systems, and STC.

On the academic front, he holds an executive MBA from HEC Paris, a General Business Management program from Harvard Business School, and a BSc in Computer Science from King Saud University. He also completed key certifications in technology leadership, strategy, innovation, and business excellence from Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and the University of California.
