HRE Development appoints Mohammad Al Sari as Chief Executive Officer

HRE Development has appointed Mohammad Al Sari as its new Chief Executive Officer, as the Dubai-based real estate developer enters a new phase of growth and expansion.

Al Sari, who previously served as Chief Development Officer, brings more than 20 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector to the role. His expertise spans property development, wellness-oriented design and architectural excellence.

During his tenure as Chief Development Officer, Al Sari directly oversaw the delivery of the Skyhills Residences 1 project, which was completed six months ahead of schedule. He has consistently advocated for early project delivery as an operational discipline rather than simply a marketing strategy.

"Appointing Mr. Al Sari as CEO marks a significant milestone for HRE Development," said Mohamed Adib Hijazi, Chairman of HRE Development.

"His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our vision, accelerating strategic growth, and ensuring we continue to deliver developments built with purpose, quality, and lasting value."

Commenting on his appointment, Al Sari said,"Our focus is to take HRE Development to the next level. We are deeply committed to building premium projects in Dubai’s most sought after communities, ensuring we give both investors and end users the opportunity to be a central part of the city's future."

In his new role, Al Sari will oversee HRE Development’s growth strategy and project delivery, with a focus on premium developments across Dubai.

He also brings a broader perspective on urban expansion and investment trends in the emirate. Al Sari expects major infrastructure developments, including the planned Dubai Gold Line, to increase the investment appeal of residential hubs such as Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), MBR City and Meydan.

As part of his responsibilities, Al Sari will also lead HRE’s in-house construction arm, HRE Contracting and Construction. The unit manages design, procurement and final handover, reducing the company’s reliance on third-party contractors.

The integrated operating model is designed to strengthen end-to-end quality control across HRE Development’s portfolio while supporting the company’s focus on delivery timelines and construction standards.
