Noatum CSM, the Dubai-based joint venture between AD Ports Group and Columbia Group, has appointed Xanthos Kyriacou as its new Chief Executive Officer as the company looks to strengthen its ship management operations across the Middle East and support its next phase of growth.
The appointment was announced by the Board of Noatum CSM on 27 July. Kyriacou brings regional experience and operational expertise to the role, along with extensive experience working with shipowners and within joint venture structures.
Noatum CSM combines Columbia Group’s global ship management expertise with AD Ports Group’s regional presence and maritime infrastructure. The joint venture supports shipowners and operators across the Middle East and other international markets.
Capt. Ammar at AD Ports Group said Kyriacou brings “strong regional experience, deep operational knowledge and a clear understanding of the needs of shipowners.”

Columbia Group CEO Andreas Hadjipetrou said Kyriacou’s commercial approach and experience made him well suited to lead the company.

He added that Kyriacou’s “passion, loyalty and dedication to delivering results” had consistently stood out during his years with Columbia Group.
