Global IT company Cognizant has expanded its strategic partnership with AI platform ServiceNow into the Middle East. 

This global partnership combines Cognizant’s industry expertise with ServiceNow’s AI-powered platform to help regional businesses automate operations, strengthen resilience, and drive long-term growth. This expansion is part of the companies’ joint goal of building a $1 billion global ServiceNow business, reflecting their commitment to accelerating digital transformation across industries.
