Emirates Group has announced a major recruitment campaign, opening more than 100 positions across its aviation and corporate divisions as it seeks to expand its workforce and strengthen its talent pipeline.
The vacancies span multiple functions, including information technology, engineering and maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources and customer service, offering opportunities for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates.
The Dubai-based aviation group said it will continue to prioritise the recruitment and development of Emirati talent as part of its broader workforce strategy.
Applicants can submit their applications through the company's careers platform, with available positions spread across several business units within the group.
The recruitment drive comes as the aviation industry continues to experience strong demand for skilled talent amid rising passenger traffic, fleet expansion and increasing investment in digital transformation.
Emirates Group said employment packages will vary according to the position and level of experience, with benefits including tax-free salaries, furnished accommodation or housing allowances, comprehensive health insurance, annual flight tickets and discounted travel for employees and eligible family members.
Pilot positions remain among the group's highest-paying roles, with annual remuneration packages reaching approximately Dh1.2 million.
According to the company, the package includes an annual cash salary of around Dh575,000 based on an average of 85 flying hours per month, along with company-provided accommodation, education allowances for up to three children, retirement savings contributions, annual leave, insurance coverage and eligibility for profit-sharing schemes linked to company performance.
The group is also continuing to recruit candidates for its national cadet pilot programme.
During the initial training phase, cadets receive a monthly salary of Dh6,365, which increases to Dh18,335 during aircraft type-rating training and Dh31,745 during line training. Upon completing the programme, first officers can expect a monthly compensation package of around Dh52,000, including allowances.
Emirates is also seeking to expand its cabin crew workforce.
The company said cabin crew members receive a tax-free salary that combines a fixed monthly basic salary of Dh4,980 with additional flying pay based on flight hours.
Based on average monthly flying schedules, cabin crew employees can earn approximately Dh11,000 per month, excluding additional benefits such as meal allowances, hotel accommodation during layovers and company-provided airport transportation.
The latest hiring initiative highlights the aviation group's continued investment in talent acquisition as it expands operations and strengthens its position in one of the world's most competitive aviation markets.
