Amruta Kelkar is an Associate Partner at ELP and a part of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Equity practices. Amruta regularly advises clients on their employment and labour related issues, from routine compliance matters to complex senior management negotiations and drafting compliance and employment policies. Amruta’s experience also includes structured finance, private equity, acquisitions, listed debt, fund raising and real estate transactions.
