C Mahalingam is the Vice President & Global Chief People Officer with Symphony Services Corporation. He is currently the President of National HRD Network, Bangalore Chapter, member of NASSCOM Mentor Panel for SMEs and a member of National HR Committee of CII. He has published over 300 articles on HR, leadership, and innovation and is also a regular columnist for Business Line and Smart Techie. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and masters degree in personnel management and industrial relations.
