TATA Institute of Social Sciences alumna with 12+ years of experience, across a wide industry spectrum. Currently Harshita is the Organization Development and Talent Manager for Freshworks Technologies. In her role she leads the portfolio with focus on areas of Performance Management, Engagement and Leadership Development, while also acting as an HR Leader. She has designed and executed various initiatives across talent and leadership development in support of the organization's growth path.
