Jayanth Narayanan

Jayanth Narayanan is the VP & Managing Director, Asia Pacific Operations at Rideau Recognition Solutions, an HR services company. He is an enterpreneur by nature and his areas of specialization include management, program management, leadership, performance management, employee engagement, and business strategy. He has done his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and his Masters from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to Rideau, he founded the services company, HO Food Services (P) Ltd.
