An HR professional with over a decade of experience across various industry verticals, Manish leads the Talent & HR function at VML India. His extensive experience in the advertising industry equips him with the ability of not only identifying key talent but also sustaining good talent through continuous growth and career measures. He has been instrumental in setting up the HR practice and the leadership talent we have in India. Before VML, Manish ran his own business, managing an online training platform. He has since brought that experience and expertise with him to VML, hoping to steer it to greater heights.
