Monika Vaswani

Monika Vaswani is currently pursuing PGPM in Human Resources from IIM Raipur. My domain interests include Recruitment, Culture, Performance Management. I am also the Batch Representative for 2016-18 batch. I have previously worked with State Bank of India as Probationary Officer and also as a Trainer/Faculty at Triumphant Institute of Management Education-T.I.M.E. I have also been a volunteer with Make a Difference and HR Head at Gramiksha (a non-profit). Recently I also represented my institution at South Korea as a part of Indian Youth Delegation overlooked by Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. My interests include Reading books, writing articles, debating and freestyle dancing.
