Rahul Bhandia is currently the Head of International Mobility, GSSC New Delhi in Ericsson. He has over 16 years of experience in operations management, planning and developing strategies for Human Resource processes and proficient in analyzing existing operations and advise management on implementing processes to improve quality and efficiency. He has been into various roles in HR domain like Payroll, HR Direct, MI-Analytics, HRIS, HR Transformation, six sigma and International Mobility. He has worked with several reputed global HR Organizations including banking and telecommunication sectors.
