Ruchika is an experienced talent management and total rewards professional, with a good understanding of the talent management landscape of South Asia. She has more than 15 years of practitioner experience, with more than a decade with Mercer Consulting, in the Talent and Total Rewards space. In her last role with Mercer, she was the India Practice Leader for Global Mobility and the Market Leader for Bangladesh.
