Shweta Handa Gupta

Shweta works with c-suite and board leaders to facilitate change leadership success and enable top team alignment. She is an MCC (ICF), a global award-winning CEO coach and co-founder of QuadraBrain® Transformation Solutions specializing in helping organizations achieve RoI from change and coaching interventions. Previously, she held a senior role in a Fortune 50 organization and served as CEO of a small business group. Shweta has applied expertise in business psychology and organization transformation. Her research includes memory, neuroscience, and the psychology of transformation and leadership. She is an active keynote speaker and has written columns for leading Indian business publications including The Financial Express and HT Mint.
