Tania Chatterjee's HR-L&D expertise is drawn from her 18 years of cumulative experience in Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development domain working with corporates like Bank of America, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and RBS Services India Pvt Ltd. Currently she heads L&D India Delivery for RBS Services India Pvt Ltd. Prior to her corporate career, she worked with an international NGO, 'Initiatives of Change( IofC)' which is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own. Tania possess specialised knowledge and skill in educational training and pedagogy practices through her professional stint with 'Educomp Pvt Ltd', the largest education company in India providing digital and online education solutions for progressive schools in India. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Masters in Social Work from MS University, Baroda. She was awarded as ‘Top 100 Training & Development Leaders in India’ by World HRD Congress in February 2017 and 'Top 100 Training & Development Minds in India’ by World HRD Congress in February 2018.
