Stepping Cloud Consulting acquires iXerv to expand SAP SuccessFactors capabilities across key markets

Stepping Cloud Consulting has acquired iXerv, a provider of SAP SuccessFactors consulting services, in a move aimed at expanding its capabilities, talent base and delivery footprint across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

The acquisition brings together two organisations with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, implementation, integration and managed services. As part of the transaction, iXerv’s business, including its customer engagements and capabilities, will become part of Stepping Cloud Consulting.

The deal is expected to strengthen Stepping Cloud’s ability to support organisations undertaking employee experience and HR technology transformation, while expanding its presence across multiple regional markets.

For existing iXerv customers, Stepping Cloud said continuity of services will remain a priority during the transition. Existing customer engagements will continue to be supported by the combined teams and resources, with the company highlighting transparency and service continuity as key priorities.

The acquisition also adds iXerv’s talent and customer relationships to Stepping Cloud’s existing operations, further broadening its expertise within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

According to Stepping Cloud, the onboarding and integration of the iXerv team have already been completed, while its customer engagement model is being further enhanced.

The acquisition comes as organisations continue to invest in cloud-based HR technology and employee experience platforms, increasing demand for implementation, integration and managed services expertise.
