Abdulrahman Al-Gannas appointed Head of HR Operations at Abunayyan Holding

Abunayyan Holding has announced the appointment of Abdulrahman Al-Gannas as Head of Human Resources Operations, effective immediately. 

Al-Gannas holds around two decades of experience in HR, payroll, and benefits management to the organisation. He has held senior positions across multiple leading organisations, including Executive Director of Global Payroll at ACWA Power, Salary and Benefits Manager at Kafaat Business Solutions, and HR and payroll roles at NOMAC and Pan Gulf Industrial Investment Group. His expertise spans global payroll, large-scale analytics, and HR process automation.

Throughout his career, Al-Gannas has received numerous awards, including the Global Salary Transfer Award covering 14 countries, the Regional Integration Award across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Morocco, and recognition for implementing risk and controls frameworks supporting more than 5,000 employees. 

Al-Gannas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from King Abdulaziz University. He also completed professional certifications, including Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP), time management, and cognitive skills development.

He also earned accolades for executing 52 analytics projects and achieving a 90% automatic processing rate in SAP SuccessFactors applications.

His appointment marks a strategic step for Abunayyan Holding as it strengthens its HR operations to support organizational growth and employee experience initiatives.
