ADX appoints Saeed Sultan AlDhaheri as Chief Financial and Shared Services Officer

AlDhaheri will ensure alignment with global regulatory and industry standards, while driving financial and operational excellence to support the continued growth and evolution of the ADX Group.
Saeed Sultan AlDhaheri has taken on the role of Chief Financial and Shared Services Officer at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), where he will oversee the development and execution of the Group’s financial, procurement, and general services strategies.

In his new position, AlDhaheri will ensure alignment with global regulatory and industry standards, while driving financial and operational excellence to support the continued growth and evolution of the ADX Group.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, AlDhaheri is regarded as a seasoned finance leader with a strong track record in optimising capital structures, enhancing financial performance, and leading large-scale financial transformations across multiple industries. He is also recognised for delivering shareholder value through high-profile corporate transformations and successful public listings.
Before joining ADX, AlDhaheri held several senior leadership roles across Abu Dhabi’s leading organisations and ADX-listed companies. His previous positions include Group CFO at Borouge, CFO roles at ADNOC Gas, ADNOC Drilling, ADNOC Industrial, and Abu Dhabi Offshore Power, as well as Executive Director at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. His expertise spans corporate finance, strategic planning, and operational excellence across sectors critical to the region’s economic development.
AlDhaheri holds an Executive MBA from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the University of Colorado. He has also completed advanced executive programmes at IMD Business School and INSEAD.
