Al Arabia OOH’s CEO Mohamed Al Khereiji resigns; New CEO appointed

Mohamed Abdelelah Al Khereiji joined the company in 2009 as the Director of Business Development and later was promoted to Deputy CEO in 2013

Arabian Contracting Services Company, widely known as Al Arabia OOH, has announced key leadership changes, including the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Abdelelah Al Khereiji, with immediate effect.

The statement said, “Arabian Contracting Services Co. announces the Board of Directors’ decision dated 16-11-1446H, corresponding to 14-05-2025G, approving the acceptance of the resignation of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohamed Abdelelah Alkhereiji, with an effective date of 17-11-1446H, corresponding to 15-05-2025G.”

Mohamed joined the company in 2009 as the Director of Business Development and later was promoted to Deputy CEO in 2013. The company also extended its wishes to him, saying: “The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Abdelelah Alkhereiji for his efforts and achievements during his tenure and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.”

Following this, the company has also appointed Mansour Mohammed AlObaikan as the new CEO, who will take over responsibilities from June 15, 2025.

The company shared a brief introduction about the new CEO: “Mansour has nearly 18 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He began his career at Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) in the Corporate Banking Division, where he advanced through various positions until he led the Large Corporate Banking Division.”

“He joined the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), where he held several key roles, the latest being Chief Risk Officer from the end of 2019. In addition to this role, he was also assigned as Acting Chief Operating and Information Technology Officer from 2023 to 2024,” it added.

The new CEO is also a key member of the Board of Directors of American Express Saudi Arabia, where he serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Risk & Credit Committee since 2020. He is also a member of the Risk Committee at Al-Istithmar Capital since 2020. Throughout his career, he has chaired and been a member of several internal committees at the Saudi Investment Bank and Al-Istithmar Capital. Moreover, he participated in establishing several corporations and assumed duties as a board member in many diversified sectors, including real estate development and private equities.”

On the academic front, Mansour holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University and has also completed key certifications in leadership, risk management, and a Chief Risk Officer programme from leading institutions.
