Al Nahla Group appoints Faisal Ahmed Bukhari as Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Al Nahla Group has announced the appointment of Faisal Ahmed Bukhari as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company continues to strengthen its people and organisational capabilities across its diversified portfolio.
In his new role, Bukhari will oversee the group’s human capital agenda across its subsidiaries, including businesses such as Samaco Motors and Al-Ameen Real Estate, which collectively employ more than 1,400 people. His mandate will focus on advancing talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and building stronger alignment between workforce capability and business growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Bukhari said, “With over 1,400 employees across 5 subsidiaries such as Samaco Motors and Al-Ameen Real Estate, I’m happy to share that I have joined Al Nahla Group as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.”
Bukhari brings extensive HR leadership experience spanning manufacturing, real estate development, and both public and private sector organisations. Prior to joining Al Nahla Group, he served as Head of Human Capital Officer and Executive Director for Public Investment Fund projects, where he played a key role in shaping and executing large-scale human capital strategies within one of the region’s most prominent investment ecosystems.
Throughout his career, he has been recognised for building HR functions from the ground up and leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes. His expertise includes leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and the design of total rewards frameworks, alongside governance experience through board nomination and remuneration committees.
Academically, Bukhari holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is also an IMD-certified executive coach and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
